Begin with a little stillness.

There is a kind of strength that does not announce itself. It lives in the breath before a difficult conversation. In the moment we choose to listen. In the willingness to rest without first earning it.

For some of us, faith is a familiar language. For others, it is a question we are still learning to ask. There is room here for both. We do not need identical answers to sit together with care.

Choose a small pause in your morning. Set down your phone. Notice the light. Ask yourself what you hope to bring into the day, and what you might need to set down.

You might offer a prayer. You might write a line in a journal. You might simply sit in silence. A practice does not have to be elaborate to become an anchor.

The invitation is not to perfect your inner life. It is to return to it, gently, one ordinary moment at a time.
